Proces of Selection in Ningalkum Aakam Kodeeshwaran

Every day you can send the SMS till 6;00 pm the next day for that days question. A computer randomizer will first categorize the correct answers. Now the randomizer will shortlist the correct entries based on the following criteria.

ALMOST 5400 PERSONS WILL BE SELECTED IN THIS PHASE. THEY WILL RECEIVE  A CALL FROM THE COMPANY.

When you get the call , respond to it and confirm to the caller that you are the registrant and that you have registered. The caller will now give you the dates for the Audition and will ask if you can come on that day. If you say yes, then he will ask for your name and address and various other details.

If you say you are not free to come for the audition on that day ,the caller will inform you that you are disqualified from the program.

You Will get an automated call when you will have to confirm your age, gender and pin code. You will also have to answer 2 skill based questions.

Shamna Kasim in Chattakari Malayalam Movie

CHATTAKAARI REMAKE WILL HAVE SHAMNA KASIM [POORNA] IN THE LEAD.

Chattakari is the new film that is going to be remade in Malayalam. The original version of chattakari had Lakshmi and Mohan in the lead and was directed by director K.S.Sethumadhavan.

Now the same film is going to be remade by the son of the original director  - Santhosh Sethumadhavan. The film will be produced by G.Suresh kumar under the banner of Reavathi Kalamandir.

The role was earlier given to Mythili and Nithya Menon . both of them rejected the offer. It is even reported that rejection from Nithya Menon to do chattakari had led to her getting banned by producers association.

But it is now decided that Shamna Kasim will don the role .Shamna Kasim or Poorna  had acted in many roles in malayalam .But did not get the required attention. So she would be stakig her hopes high on Chattakari to elevate her career in cinema.

Swetha Menon did the remake of Rathinirvedam paving way for more such films and Chattakari will be another one in this regard.

Lakshmi played the Anglo Indian character named Julie in the original version. In fact the film gave Lakshmi the status of the ultimate sex symbol in Malayalam then.

CASANOVVA MOVIE REVIEW -3 REASONS WHY TO WATCH AND WHY NOT TO WATCH CASANOVVA

Casanovva was a dream project of Mohanlal and Roshan Andrews. The film is getting mixed responses from the audiences. As per the reports the film have grossed one of the highest initial collections in Malayalam cinema.

 

WHY TO WATCH CASANOVVA

If you are a Mohanlal fan:

Movie Casanovva is a treat for any Mohanlal fan. The first half particularly is all about the charm Mohanlal brings tot he film. The character  of Casanovva is something Mohanlalcherished to play on screen.The chemistry in the love sequences is indeed superb.Mohanlal hats off to you.

The braveness to introduce some adult dialogues :

The changing face of Malayalam cinema is evident here. But introducing such dialogues in the script is always a risky approach as such dialogues may alienate the family audiences.But hats off to Roshan Andrews for willing to risk it in such a big budget movie.

Some good fight sequences :

Alam Amin had done a good job in Players -Hindi movie.But the film flopped at the box office. He also has done a commendable role in Casanovva increasing the quality of the film in terms of technical approach. Such high profile action scenes are very rare in Malayalam and every kerlaites are advised to watch them on good quality screens.

WHY NOT TO WATCH CASANOVVA

No depth in the story line :

Take the case of any big budget movie released. All those movies if ever it has become a hit it would be because of the strong and in depth story line attached to the film. As they say without a foundation that can withstand all the pressures, how can you build a house.Roshan Andrews should have taken pains to ensure that the movie had a strong base. Roshan Andrews- you might have lost some respect in the minds of kerlaites with this film.

Screenplay had to be better :

Traffic had one of the best screenplay ever written in Malayalam. The success of the film Notebook has to do with the screenplay which took the story into our hearts without much hassles. But needless to say the duo of Bobby and Sanjay disappointed in Casanovva .Particularly if the movie is almost 3 hours long, the script had to compensate with some racy plots and situational shots.

too much hype.Mr. Bobby - Sanjay , kerlaites will look forward to your scripts with more caution in the future.

Too much hype kills cinema :

Over-expectation is the main reason the movie Casanova is getting some below average  and average reviews.Such was the hype created about this movie being the next big thing in Malayalam.Confident group got a boost in its brand name popularity with almost every kerlaite coming to know of this business group. If that was the ultimate aim we can say that the movie has fulfilled its purpose.

Ameya Malayalam Movie Ananya and Nishaan in the lead

AMEYA MALAYALAM MOVIE

Ameya is the new Malayalam movie starring Nishan , Gowtham and Ananya in the lead. The movie will be directed by debutant director Ashraf Ahmed.

Ameya in the true sense of the word means freedom. The name of the movie is taken from Sanskrit where it means a person with no strings of freedom attached to her.As the name the storyline of the movie is all about a girl who goes on a bus journey from kozhikode to trivandrum alone. 

The story goes deep into the intricacies a girl will have to face in a 12 hour journey. The movie delves into the social situation that is prevalent in kerala now. With a good plot and a refreshing idea, the movie promises to be a road thriller.

ANANYA PLAYS AMEYA

Ananya plays Ameya the girl and it will be a role she will cherish to play. The movie is a bit heroine oriented and hence it is a dream for any actress to portray the character. In fact the performance of Ananya in Engeyum Epodhum , the Tamil movie had caught the attention of kerala audiences and she was getting rave reviews for that. So hence it is only logical that the role of Ameya that demanded some sensitivity be handed over to her without much issues.

NISHAAN AND GOWTHAM

The movie further would be a comeback for Nishaan who was acclaimed for his acting in Rithu.His costar Asif Ali  had climbed the ladders of success much faster but he was not able to bang on the start he got. So he would be looking at Ameya as the perfect film to make a comeback to Malayalam.

Gowtham who debuted in Yakshiyum Njaanum directed by Vinayan was not well received in Malayalam. He later acted in RaghuvinteSwantham Rasiya and Kasarkkode Kadar Bhai. Both did not receive much support from the box office.He too would be looking at Ameya as the launch pad for his career.

In short this movie will have a lot of youngsters vying to debut or comeback to Malayalam film industry.

The Pooja function of the movie was held on November 17 2011.Sibi Malayail and B. Unnikrishnan attended the ceremony along with the actors and crew.

The shooting of the movie will start by march due to the busy schedule  Ananya had.

Now that the marriage of Ananya is on the cards, Ameya would be one of the last films she would work on.
