Within the applications, there are 7,000+ drug references, 2,500+ clinical images and 3,500+ disease clinical references. Many physicians find it useful to have accessibility to the drug interaction tool through this application. In general, medical professionals have access to 6,000 generic, brand and over the counter drugs content.
Medscape is constantly making updates. The application often features a “Clinical Procedures” section and a “Diseases and Conditions” section. Along with the information provided, there are also photographs and videos.This popular application has provided many physicians with the information they need to properly prescribe drugs to their patients.

2. Epocrates Rx
Price: $99 for a one-year subscription
Epocrates Rx helps physicians identify pills and drug interactions. Drug information and a medical calculator is also provided. The drug reference includes brand medications, generic medications and over the counter medications. The application features numerous tools to make every physician’s job easier. The application will also feature an infectious disease treatment guide. The treatment guide is compatible iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.
ICD codes are available directly from the device. The application provides access to treatment guidelines, access lab tests and panels with tables and approximate test costs. The all-in-one clinical reference provides drug and disease monographs. Diagnostic tools are also available through this application.

3. iRadiology
Price: Free
Both residents and medical students enjoy the convenience of iRadiology. iRadiology provides healthcare professionals with 500 radiology cases. This practice tool can help students improve their CT, plain film and MRI reading skills. Most of the radiology film originated from Harvard Medical School.

4. NeuroMind
Price: Free
Neuromind helps medical students, medical residents and neurosurgeons with neurology-related items including neuro-anatomy and checklists to help surgeons perform the safe surgeries. The application is compatible with Android, iPhone and iPad. Neuromind is one of the most popular applications on iMedicalApps.com. To date, the application has been downloaded over 120,000 times.
The new and improved application features interactive clinical decision support. Even photographs are included to make the explanations provided for patients and students easier to understand.

Everything from physical fitness training to Air Force games can be accessed through apps, and if you’re a member of the Air Force, the following four apps are a great addition to your collection.

1. Air Force FCU

Many members of the Air Force use the Air Force Federal Credit Union, and the Air Force FCU is the mobile app. The app allows members to control and access their accounts through their mobile device.

With a secure login, you can check the balance of your account as see all of your transaction history. You can transfer money between different loans or shares, pay your bills, get branch information, and even make check deposits using your phone’s camera.
The app also allows you to view the current rates for loans or contact the credit union with any questions or issues. Plus, the app is free to use.


2. US Air Force Airman Fundamentals
If you’re currently on active Airman duty, US Air Force Airman Fundamentals is a great app to have. The app provides you with a large amount of information on physical fitness, including videos and exercise tutorials.

The game also allows you to play alone or against others. Multiplayer games can be played with eight other people, and you can choose to play Capture the Flag, Survival or HP Mode.

Apps provide a great deal of information. The use of these four apps is a great way to have resource tools and provide hours of entertainment. With these apps, you’ll be more prepared for all things Air Force.
