Apple finally unveiled the new version of their popular iPhone on September 12, 2012 at a media event at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco. The device will be called iPhone 5 as it was introduced by the Marketing Chief of Apple, Phil Schiller, at the event. The event also revealed several other significant details about the phone, including a larger screen, a faster processor and quicker web browsing experience. The screen is larger

The display screen of iPhone 5 size is larger than the previous versions at 4 inches. The width of the phone is same as iPhone 4, but the height has been increased by almost a centimeter. But more importantly, the LCD is Retina display. In simple words, this means that it has a pixel density that makes it impossible for your eyes to distinguish the individual pixels.
