Sauna – one of the winter pleasures

Sauna is one of the winter pleasures. Although most of the people hardly can compare the summer beach with the sauna, it is a relaxing experience. One of the most important things is, if you have any doubt about your health, speak with your doctor before the sauna. When you mustn’t go to sauna? The sauna is disables after alcohol consumption, drag using such as anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics and sedatives. You mustn’t go to sauna immediately after meal. People with heart disease shouldn’t go to the sauna, as well as those with high or low blood pressure. The sauna is prohibited also for children under 16 years old and pregnant women. If you are very tired also is not recommend to use sauna, because there is a probability of dizziness. Do not enter in the sauna directly after work. First get some rest and cool slightly. Don’t forget to drink fluids – not too much but enough. The most important is: when you are in the sauna and in some point become ill – feel discomfort, nausea, dizziness, etc, go out immediately! To feel the relaxing influence of the sauna you need time. It is not about to go for five minutes, to sweat and say that you were in a sauna. The sauna is hall ritual to be dome properly, it takes about two hours. First you have to do some preparations: first you need a big towel on which to sit or lay and a small one too for drying your face. If the sauna is both for men and women you need also a bathing, but if the sauna is only for women or only for men you decide. The shower before the sauna is very important. It will clean your skin, which prevent proper sweating. Drying after the shower helps the perspiration too. If you go for the first time to sauna, use the bottom where it is most cool. Don’t stay more than ten minutes, after which go out and cool. When you go for the second time you can stay around 15 minutes, of course only if you feel good. It is not a good idea to over the time. After the sauna you need cooling shower, fluids (but not too much) and if the sauna has a pool, use it. The idea of the shower is to remove any sweat from your body, so you can sweat again. You should take rest between the entries. They must be three, if you want to do a full sauna or two you go often. If you want full relax, after cooling don’t enter again but sit or lie for a few minutes. After the last sweating get the cool shower for maximum pleasant feeling.
