Problem or Perspective

When we bump into a problem it shakes the core of our being. We feels like our beliefs are challenged. Many people close in around themselves and become desperate to solve this problem or get rid of it. Their first impulse is to attack the problem and fight back, while, some people want to run away from that problem.
People, when faced with problems, cannot see anything besides the problem itself. Many of them don’t even see where the problem finishes; to them the problem is infinitely huge. They lack the bigger picture. If they tend to look at problem from a wider angle, they might see the rest of the room and the view outside the problem. This can bring up more possibilities as now they are able to see more. The problem now seems less overwhelming. There’s a breath space. This will reduce your stress.
For people everything in their life is the problem they are facing. If it doesn’t get solved, they focus harder. They think about the problem constantly, trying to find something that isn’t done before to sort out the issue. They try to control everything because the problem situation is making them afraid. Many times people reject the solutions proposed because they don’t see the problem in a way where the solution might fit. They try their best to never get distracted from the problem, they keep their focus there.
The problem isn’t solved. It’s still there. Bothering even more because you have done everything you can to try to solve it. Can someone be satisfied in a situation like this? Can someone solve an issue with this approach? No. You need to take a break.
People tend to keep all their attention on the chaos, worrying and surviving through the problem. This is not the right approach to handle a problem. You don’t need to focus problem 24/7 in order to solve it. When you get overwhelmed then take a break and remove your focus from problem and put it to something that makes you relax and clears your mind.
In the middle of upheaval, find a quiet spot for yourself and stay there for a while. Don’t think, fret and rant about the problem. Let your fears calm down and relax for a moment. Don’t listen to the problem which is still yelling in your mind but listen to the voice that tells you to calm down for a while.
Trust the force that has survived you up till now through all the problems you faced. Cut the rope loose that is holding you back from reaching the other side, the crux of the problem. Once you do that, you'll begin to see the signs that read road to success.
Keywords: problems, perspective, anxiety, relaxation, solution.
