Confident people usually and consistently make readjustments and necessary changes in themselves, their plans and course of actions. They always get results and achieve their dream because they have assurance in themselves. Confidence is the secret to bravery because it makes you stand up for yourself, take risks and all the actions required to move forward in life. There’s nothing that can replace or even be compared to having confidence in your abilities.
The individuals who lack confidence typically are shy. They might avoid meeting people, group discussions or presentations. They have a hard time talking to people or communicating well and effectively. They also face difficulties in relating with other people. This kind of people don’t take many risks or don’t take risks at all, hence, their opportunities to move forward diminish to a greater degree. They never get very far in their career because lack of confidence acts as a hindrance to moving forward. They never experiment or take risk because they are mostly afraid of outcome that it might be bad, rather they prefer previously chosen paths or somewhat similar choices. They settle for mediocrity because they think they cannot excel, as they lack belief in themselves this also stops them for excelling even if they have the potential.
Confidence is not a once-over feeling of invincibility. It’s a belief that stays with those who have, no matter what happens. People tend to lose confidence when they come across hardships but that’s when they are tested of their confidence. Those who have real confidence in them remove themselves from front line for a while, get away from chaos, put themselves together, reenergize and come back to the battle field.

It comes from within. It’s not an instantaneous feeling. It is a belief that takes time to build itself. Confidence shows itself once you have it and everyone become aware of it when you possess it. Confidence makes a person charming and instills a magnetic pull in him that everyone is drawn towards him, be it the one that is just meeting you or interviewing you. Even woman find the confidence in men sexy.
Confidence is not a feeling that you can impose in you or build by just acting confidence. It comes from deep inside. It’s that attitude of ‘I Can’.
