Treatments That You Deserve – Manicure And Pedicure

Every woman should be a queen of her own beauty and must pay attention on every part of her body. Usually women take care of their face, body and hair. But a woman should never forget to pay attention on her hands and feet and give them a manicure and pedicure treatments on a regular base. Manicure is the treatment that is intended to shape, clean and keep the nails healthy, and with beautiful and appropriate colours and designs.

The feet are especially exposed during the summer period when women wear open sandals and shoes. Dirt and dust makes the skin of the feet very rough and the skin on the hills will start crack which can also be very painful, if they are not regularly treated and if the women does not make pedicure treatments.
Manicure and pedicure are simple and often inexpensive treatments, which can be performed in a beauty salon or because of the simplicity even at home. Manicure and pedicure treatments do not require any specific skills, or machines to be performed so making a regular manicure and pedicure treatments on your hands and feet should become your habitual activity.

For a home manicure treatment you would need a bowl of warm water, you might put some lemon juice inside or an essential oil to soften the cuticles around the nails and to clean the dirt under the nails as well as to soften the skin of the hands. After soaking the hands in the water for about five minutes you can proceed with the next step from the manicure treatment. Shaping, cutting, polishing and colouring the nails are four steps that you need to perform on your nails. Do not cut the cuticles, after the soaking they are quite soft and it will be easy to push them down with the nail rasp. Cut the nails and shape them with the nail rasp in a form that you like the most.

After that you can apply a nail cream or nail care transparent polish to make them stronger and prevent them from braking. The third step from the manicure treatment is to decorate your nails; you can put a nail polish in your favourite colour, transparent or decorate them with different shapes with nail stamps. The last step from the manicure treatment is to apply hand cream that is rich in Vitamin E.  The pedicure treatment will be the same only you will apply it to the feet. The second pedicure step is scrubbing the old thick skin from the heels after you soaked them for about twenty minutes. The third pedicure step would be cutting and shaping the nails and applying nail polish. Finish the pedicure with a rich hydrating cream.
