Prevention From Heart Attack


Heart attack occurs when the blood flow to a part of the heart mussel becomes obstructed. If the flow of the blood is not recovered very quickly the heart part becomes damaged because of luck of oxygen and the dying process starts. Heart attack is the major cause for death both for man and women around the world.

There are many factors that can cause heart attack. Smoking is the first one on the list of these factors. Diabetes is very dangerous and one that suffers from this illness is always on a very high risk from getting a heart attack, so proper medication and physical activates and healthy habits must be part from a daily routine. Other factors like high cholesterol level, high blood pressure, atherosclerosis often redound to heart attack. The so called diseases of the modern world like obesity, lack of exercise and the most deadly one stress are one of the major causes for heart attack. At last but not less important is age and gender. Women tend to get heart attack less than man and usually after the menopause.

In order to prevent heart attack one should take good care and practice healthy life style constantly. How to prevent heart attack from killing you? First of all stop smoking! Smoking causes not only heart attack but many other diseases and all people are aware of that but they keep killing them self. Stop being like the others and get out from the circle.
Eat healthy and get healthy habits. Everything is a habit. If you could’ve gain bad habits you can gain good ones as well. Healthy does not necessarily means blunt food, healthy means diverse food with low fat and cholesterol. If you are suffering from diabetes control your blood sugar regularly.

Stop drinking alcohol. A glass of wine after lunch of dinner will not kill you, but a bottle of whisky every day will surely contribute for a heart attack. Lose weight if you have too much of those fat tires around you. Being fat causes many other diseases except heart attack, plus mental pain when you see yourself in the mirror. Start exercising on a regular basis. It can be light activity like walking but do it every day for at least half an hour. Start doing Yoga and meditation, it will help relax and get to know your body and mind and the way they are connected.

If you are suffering from blood pressure control it and follow the mentioned advices from above. High blood pressure and heart attack are highly connected.
