Every one of us is vey busy even over busy – working, studying, friends, boyfriends, girlfriends, children, parents, pets and so on and so on. And often we ignored the healthy way of life often with the excuse “I don’t have time right now for this”. Even if we have time and are free from obligations, often we decide that there are more pleasant things than to go to the gym or fun for health. Going to watch the latest movie with friends or to the newest mall often are more important things for us than training. Not that we don’t know that the movement is good for our health. Precisely because all we know how many times we promised to ourselves to go to run tomorrow and to take a fitness card next week. The only problem is that always something more important appears exactly the same time. So the question is “Is there a way without taking special time to move more?” Indeed there is. Here are a few things which you can do:
1. Park your car away from the entrance, the store or the market. If you park a little further, it will give you the possibility of extra walking, which may not be much but is better than nothing.
2. Forget about the elevators and start using the stairs – the perfect way to shape your legs and bottom.
3. Use your lunch break instead of sitting at the computer and chatting, for a small walk outside. It will be little but a walk from 20 minutes both will burn fewer calories and will diversify – you don’t need to watch the computer and your colleague behind it all day.
4. Use the ads which always interrupt your favorite show or movie to make a series of push-ups or a few exercises. So annoying minutes will pass more quickly, and you will do something good for you and your body.
Try to find time as it is useful to insert these few simple things in your life, but it doesn’t mean to forget about the plans for running and go to the fitness. These four tips are only for additional exercise, but not essential. Do not postpone the real useful but tiring activities for later because they will help you not only to look good, but also to feel good.
