Both these words look quite the same but the definitions are entirely different. One is a person who engages himself in fight against the presented tough situation, while the other expresses anxiety and does nothing but worry about the circumstances.
Human kind has always been presented with situation and circumstances they have no control over. When faced with such situation, it’s human nature to feel anxious, fearful and powerless. These feeling get insanely huge when stuck inside for long. The absence of knowledge about how to deal with these situations gives rise to the toxic stress, resulting one into an irritable and frustrated person.
When life becomes chaotic, tap yourself on the shoulder and take a break. Put a full stop to the prattle going in your mind. Sit down and relax. Have a warm cup of tea of coffee. You need some rest because you have been running in circles. When you are relaxed, pay close attention to the actual matter and don’t fret or get anxious over the chaos.
Over life follows the path of the thoughts which dominate us. Don’t be a worrier then, and don’t think about what else can go wrong. Don’t invite misfortunes by indulging into negativity. Be a warrior focus on overcoming the situation and build the confidence to overcome the obstacles that are laid in your path.
The outlook on life is important. A negative outlook will always result in negative happenings. A worrier dwells in the bleak past and this focus on past makes it destined to repeat. Warriors look for to the future. Their focus is on the outcomes they desire. Warriors know what they want and they know how to achieve it. They refine and stretch their abilities in order to reach to the top because this is the only way to grow and achieve greatness. Warriors, unlike worriers, don’t get afraid of challenges and give up when things get tough rather they get invigorated by challenges and believe in their abilities to rise above.
If you are a worrier you need to confront your fear. Don’t be afraid of the circumstances and your abilities. Don’t judge your shortcomings and stay realistic, but that doesn’t mean to indulge in negativity. Make friends with fear and use it for the growth and rather than being intimidated by your weaknesses, you should work on your capabilities. Build confidence in yourself and your abilities. If something doesn’t feel right then don’t worry, it just isn’t.
Worriers invite misery, while, warriors invite peace and triumph. Some people have an instinct to ruin themselves whether they win or lose. A true warrior is a wise person; he finds peace and triumphs whether he faces victory or defeat.
