Meditation – The Secret Of True Happiness

We all belong to different cultural groups, nations, languages and more. But there is one thing common to all of us. Have you ever thought what it is?  No matter where you are from or who you are or what is your skin color?  What we all expect is satisfaction, happiness and the balance in our very short life. The only way for that is meditation.  You may not agree with this. But this is the time to stop for a moment and listen to your heart.  The word ‘meditation’ makes you feel that it is something regarding spiritual life but that is not totally true. Meditation is not only for spiritual life but it can also help your day-to-day life. When there is no money or when you can’t reach your aim or when you are alone without care and love, you feel bad.
You may be a person who had spent more than half of your lifetime to be rich or to reach your aim through politics or education or whatever. Just think, will you be happy after getting all these things if you are not with good health, or if you don’t have true friends, true love or if you are miserable at the end of your life?   The answer will be “no”. Because even though it takes time to realize, we all need balance in life with money ,love, achievements, success, good physical and mental health and happiness. We all want be satisfied about the time we spent in our life at the time of death. The question is how meditation can help us? In the same way exercise gives you a healthy body; mediation gives you healthy and clear mind. When the mind is clear your decisions are clear and correct. With correct decisions, the results are good. When the results are good you are happy.  
There are different types of meditation. They all guide you towards inner peace and help you to find yourself and they must be practiced with care and patience. We have to play carefully with our mind, because mind is uncontrollable and free to go anywhere it wants. It can be wild. When we do meditation the mind will be peaceful and calm and as you practice regularly, slowly you can achieve an everlasting smile on your face that comes from within. It will help you get sharp concentrated mind. You will be able to feel true happiness without worries of life. But to achieve this, you must have courage to practice meditation step by step. Due to this reason lots of us think that it is a religious thing or we must leave our daily routine to practice meditation.  But it is not true. To do meditation you need not change your appearance into a monk. There are simple meditation techniques which you can follow easily. Meditation in day-to-day life is not complicated as you think.  It is simple.  Today onwards just add one of those simples techniques to your life and experience the everlasting joy.
