Forgive Your Past


Is your past, regrets, bad memories and losses keeping you from enjoying each new day of your life? Is your past keeping you from hoping and moving into the future? Regrets, anger, sorrows and unresolved pains often bind us to our past. The past, in actual, should not influence our life negatively but in this case it is doing that. The past cannot be undone and there’s no point lingering in your past, regretting about mistakes you made. What can be done now is change the way you feel about your past.
The guilt, anger and hatred from past are killers because stress of any kind kills a person. These emotions do nothing good to a person’s body and mind. They corroborate negativity in a person which puts an obstruction to the achievement of goals. Such a person needs to alleviate his mental stress so that his body and mind feels lighter and happier. Forgiveness is the antidote. It’s lessens the effects of these negative emotions that bind you to an unhappy past.
Every new day you’re blessed is to appreciate, thank for and enjoy. We must not allow our past to keep us from enjoying this blessing and being happy. This can be only done once we make peace with our past. This will lead us to healing, putting our pieces together and giving us the freedom to joy and enjoy. This is your choice to take the path of healing and freedom.
Forgiveness is all about you. You have the power to initiate, it’s going to work for you and only you will receive its benefits. It might not change the behaviours of others towards you but it will generate a healing process for you. So, it’s about the time to exercise this power of yours and get rid of negative emotions that are putting you down every minute of your life.
Forgiveness is all about getting your heart clean off all the negativity that’s been residing there for years. This is a matter between you and your past. Deal with it in the privacy of yourself. You can do this quietly because the power lies with you and the things you have to deal with are inside you. Start with the process and see how quickly you start feeling better.
This process starts from facing your regrets, misdeeds and hatred. Face your feelings and think about the. Accept the things you did in your past and accept the consequences and feeling those deeds generated. Once, you accept everything and know that fact that things cannot be undone you are ready to forgive yourself because that’s the best you can do about it. You need to free your life from the control of your past because it’s not doing any good and you will keep moving in circles.
Making peace with your past and forgiving is the healthiest thing you can do.
