IS YOUR LIFE STYL LUXURIOUS OR HARAZARDIOUS

Plasma TV, split AC, microwave to your luxurious car. Your central Ac life is so amazing until your monthly regular checkup gives you a report that you never thought in your dreams, what matters is not how many luxurious item you use but how long they held to make your life miserable. Yes I am talking about life style diseases here to get in some basic information about life style diseases they are also called diseased of congenity or diseases of civilization. These diseases are common in industrialized countries with exotic life style.
 Coming down to  our basic human necessities  regardless from elite lifestyle ,easy life style can also cut down the  amount of risk you are putting yourself into ,such as using flight of stairs instead of escalator ( I know u heard it for 100th times  the same old cranky advise but make it 101 this time because it works!).
Simple steps can improve the day to day risking of your health with the elite gamble of luxury. It would further eliminate the risk of any basic health issues, lifestyle disease such as  Alzheimer’s diseases, atherosclerosis, asthmas, cirrhosis obstructive pulmonary diseases, metabolic syndrome, osteoporosis, cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure (B.P), insomnia, obesity, brain hemorrhage, stress and cardiovascular disease (such as heart strokes, heart attacks) are common life style diseases  to luxurious lifestyle, prevention is the best medicine until these deadly diseases come in to troll and without prevention they are inevitable to come.
Some diseases are common to younger age group like diabetes and asthma. These diseases are very deadly and come as slow poison to the luxuries life, they don’t cause harmful effects suddenly but surely will on long run.
A research of paper established in the Lance in 2002 that over the years in the century people have take more consumption of animal fat, vegetable fats, alcoholic beverages, meat, dairy products, high sugar. And lower intake of the above can reduce the outcome of these deadly diseases and one of them is cancer. Some precautions can also be taken to improve one’s condition such as avoid smoking , choose rich nutrition  and to make sure to reduce cholesterol fat accumulated in the arteries in the heart that could result in fatal heart attack or stroke. Reduction intake of Trans fat and as mention earlier level the cholesterol can help avoid a lot many life style diseases.

Walking about 30 minutes daily adds a lot to the health if you are busy with burden then take out at least 15 minutes to walk to the store for your needs, brisk walking in the fresh morning air is amazing and would do wonders to your heath walking has many positive factors such as reduces stress by releasing hormones, that help to overcome stress, depression and insomnia.

Walking also circulates the blood in your system faster because, when we walk we need more energy burning down the excess of fat calorie, as well as level the sugar in our blood that is helpful for diabetes patient’s .brisk walking also levels the high blood pressure for the patients. Reduce the intake of salt in your diet, and stick to your prescribed medication (if any).
 And avoid using microwaves as they are harmful to our health. Limit your burden take the amount of work that u can because the actions of today will have the consequences tomorrow and either ways you will have to face them. Make your life easy don’t burden it with workload, take holidays and reward yourself for the hard work of the hectic schedule.
