5 bad habits and tips how to loss weight and control your kilos without awful diets


The issue not just about what we eat but how, when and where we do it. This can be very important when you try to loss weight and control your kilos, or when you decide to try a diet. According one research covered more than 4000 people, overweight people who eat more, get less pleasure from the food. Very often eating leads to negative emotions. So the easiest way to get rid of them is to find patterns that make you overeat and to change them, which will change and your attitude to the food. Here are five habits that definitely hinder weight loss and a few advices how to control these habits and your kilos at the same time.
1. When the food replaced emotions - if you are looking for your favorite food in hard times and celebrates with a chocolate bar or a piece of your favorite cake then for you the food has become more than just “fuel”. Of course chocolate and pizza which you love so much will make you happy, but this is only the first 20 minutes. To control your appetite is not an easy task, but it is not mission impossible. When you feel emotional hunger first drink a glass of warm water, then do something, walk or engage your mind with something else.
2. the second bad habit that prevents you control your weight is the fact that for you the food becomes is an enemy and a source of anxiety and negative emotions - daily subjected to counting calories, minimum quantities of food, avoiding your favorite foods in the name of slender figure. In this case you should forget about the strict control. Healthy eating is not a struggle, but sensible and balanced diet. Forget about counting calories and give yourself a healthy diet that will suit your lifestyle, activities, preferences, and mostly that will be pleasant for you and you will follow it a long time.
3. The third habit is harmful fast foods - in our busy schedules more and more people eat fast during doing something else especially women who are trying to combine childcare, family and careers. More often people eat a foot sandwich from a nearby fast - food chain and in the evening again ordered food from outside. The best advice in this case is to take some more time planning the weekly menu, and also trying outing new recipes and preparing delicious and varied food.
 4 Very often people eat without thinking, without actually to be hungry -  watching TV, at the computer when go out with friends or just are bored on weekends. If you are from these people is good to start to write down what you eat and when. So at the end of the day this list will help you to realize actually how much excess food you are consumed during the day.
5 Permanent diets are also harmful habit which not only prevents long to adjust your weight but also can seriously harm your body. Nowadays, many people especially teenage girls are subjected to extremely strict diets in the name of this to look like models from the covers of magazines. If this is your habit, the best is to work out your own menu, possibly with a specialist dietitian. A balanced diet will improve your metabolism, boost your energy and the results will reflect well on your self-confidence too.
