Third day: for breakfast – a cup of coffee or tea with biscuit, for lunch – 300g carrots braised in butter, a tomato and a citrus fruit. For a dinner – two boiled eggs, 200g cooked meat or fatty ham, salad plus leafy vegetables.
Fourth day: for breakfast a cup of coffee or tea with 2-3 biscuits, for lunch – boiled egg, a raw carrot and 100g of cheese, for dinner – fruit salad without sweeteners and a cup of yogurt.
Fifth day: for breakfast – two shredded carrots, seasoned with lemon juice, a cup of coffee or tea, for lunch – 200g boiled fish and a tomato, for dinner – 200g cooked fatty meat.
Sixth day: for breakfast – a cup of coffee or tea, for lunch – 200g boiled chicken with salad and leafy vegetables, for dinner – 300 g cooked fatty meat
Seventh day: for breakfast – a cup of tea or coffee, for lunch – 200g cooked fatty meat and an apple, for dinner – 200g fatty ham.
The second week is the same as the first week. French diet is very strict but the results worth it!
