Learn to communicate effectively… It helps…

Communication is an evitable part of life; and the art to communicate effectively distinguishes one individual from another.
We communicate daily with our counterparts, but that doesn’t mean that you are communicating in an effective manner. Communicating effectively is an art… an art that teaches you to put across your thought, ideas, feelings in an effective manner…  Simply understanding the basics of communication will not mean that you can communicate effectively. Communication skills have many components; these include the manner in which you respond to other person’s ideas, your body gesture that also includes your facial expressions, your tone of voice, etc. Having effective communication skills will always be helpful to you in each and every walk of life. Without it, you will find it very difficult to climb the ladder of success. Many a times I have come across people who constantly crib about failure in business, jobs even after hard work. ‘Working harder’, was the old phenomena, but now the new mantra is that success always does not come with hard work… we also require effective communication skills to back it. Like a beautifully painted pot would look incomplete without flowers in it; similarly success comes to only those who work harder and also have excellent communication skills to put across the work done. Hard work alone will not suffice; you also need good communication skills in ample measure to reach the zenith of success.
We all agree that maintaining good relationships is the key to healthy lifestyle. So, in order to maintain good relationships we need to have healthy communication with our close ones. Good communication will always allow you develop new lifelong relationships as well as strengthen the old ones. Communicating effectively will also allow you to avoid arguments, insults and disagreement and in turn you will be awarded with handsome relation with your near and dear ones.
Anther most important component of communication in relationships is taking the initiative yourself. It happens many a times, that after a long break from your best friend you always wait or your friend to call you up first; instead just pick up your cell phone and take the initiative to start a conversation. This also happens in a husband-wife relationship, wherein after a quarrel we always hesitate to take an initiative to break the ice…instead a person having good communication skills will always take the initiative and will be the first to start the conversation.
So my readers, it’s never too late to learn, never too late to start anything afresh, so go ahead, learn to communicate effectively and make success a part of your life.
