If you want to reduce your weight first you have to forget for some of your bad habits. Maybe many times you limited your food, started diet and some sport but still there isn’t any result. The problem is in exactly these bad small habits which prevent our dreams to become true. Most of us skipping the breakfast usually because we are in late for work or because we are too busy at work. Most of us run out of the house without any breakfast and drink only coffee till lunch which affects very negatively to the efforts to reduce our weight. Very often we eat wafers and chips on our desk. So we have to keep handy healthy food which we can eat any time such as fruit, pot of yoghurt or something else. Another bad habit is our favorite Sunday family meal on which we usually eat more than usual. Pizzas, lasagna and the meat dishes are usually rich in fat and contain a lot of calories. In this case you can put in your plate small peace from the main dish and garnish it with salad or vegetables. Very often we go out with friends to a restaurant or order something for home. Most of the time we are talking about the Fast foods which are so delicious but also full of calories. So if we want to reduce out weight, we have to explore the menu and to look for dishes cooked in a healthy way, such as steamed or grilled, and to replace the steak with the vegetables. Very bad habit is eating till watching TV or in the car on the way for work or for home because we don’t count it for meal. The best way to avoid it is to stay focused on the result which you want to reach – a nice red dress, your favorite suit or the short skirt which you liked so much in the store.
When you decide to reduce your weight you don’t have to expect too much from yourself because in another case after a few months of restraint you will be very disappointed. Each of us should understand that there isn’t a magic formula for weight reducing. We have to eat healthy, to have active life and to not forget that better “slow but surely” than “fast but uncertainly”.
