For the different 7 looks of bollywood sexiest star director Vishal Bhardwaj hired special make-up effects artist from Hollywood Oscar winning Greg Cannon, who created those seven magnificent looks for the leading lady in the movie. To give a natural character touch to the most challenging role of the 65 years old woman, the make-up team went for Priyanka’s grand mother’s photo and had tried to make her look close to her grand mother.
7 khoon maaf was the name finalized in the end, as at first it was titled Seven and then EK BATTA SAAT. Initially southern super star Mohanlal was to play one of Priyanka’s husband but due to unrevealed reasons Mohanlal declined the offer and was replaced by JOHN ABRAHAM.
It become challenging during shooting when director asked the leading lady playing the role of 65 year lady to gain some weight to fit the bill, as the actress choose not to drink or eat during the scenes involving prosthetics.
In the movie Priyanka Chopra kills her all seven husband and in the end she is not pleaded guilty after committing the murder of her seven husbands.
