Plants and flowers in the office


            Presence of flower in the office not only makes it friendlier, but also refresh and moisturize the air. The office environment is more favorable to plants and flowers than the conditions at home. Lights us limited, in most cases is artificial, not natural, the air is heater, more polluted with low humidity. Very often the heating from the office machines cause drying of the plants leaves. It is important to be known that plants and flowers should be placed away from computers, printers and other office equipment. Touch-sensitive plants should not be placed near the trails and places where many people pass because they will damages the plant’s leaves. In the rooms where is located the main staff of the company you should not put plants close together. When you choose plants and flowers for your office, you should avoid the sensitive one which requires special care and conditions. In the office the most easily grown are Ctenanthe, Dracaena, Sanseviera and various ferns. These plants are watered sparingly and must be pulverized. When you take plants and flowers for your office or for your house, it is very important to inquire in advance what light this plants like, how often you should watered them, if they are sensitive to moving or not. From the citrus Lemon is the most proper for your office. It does protect the air by destroying to 70 % of bacteria and viruses in it. Moreover the Lemon is ornamental tree with shiny dark green leaves and bright yellow fruit. This plant needs sunny office and appropriate watering.  Increased humidity will be not beneficial for the office equipment.  Caring for the plants and flowers in your office is not too different from caring for them in your house. It is important to be not over watered, as this will lead to plant’s dead.
They should be watered only when the top soil become dry. For the plants in the office of vital importance is the pulverization because the air is extremely dry. To drain excess water in the pot you need to use small pebbles. Fertilization usually occurs in spring or autumn. If you want your ornamental plants to be shinier you can use special spread, which you can found in flower-shops.
