Water – part of our diet, part of our life

We are composed mostly of water! The human body consists of approximately 70% water, it decreases with increasing age. It helps the body to be maintained in optimal condition and is mandatory for the proper functioning of the body no matter how old we are. All processes of metabolism are built on water consumption. It helps the digestive system to absorb nutrients from food and removes unnecessary products of metabolism. When we are on diet, specialists advise not to consume carbonated and sweetened drinks, high in preservatives, colorings and sugars. When we are on a diet is essential for the adoption of more water - between 1.5 and 2 liters of water per day. In accelerating the processes of breakdown of fats need for water increases and contributes to more rapid clearance of the body of toxins. Therefore, when we actively do exercises, it is very important to drink enough water.
Experts recommend not to take much salt. This is important because higher levels of salt leads to fluid retention in the body which slows the process of cleaning the body of toxins and other products in the degradation of unnecessary fat. Talking about the salt, however, we don’t have to forget about the drinks. If we limit salt but we drink 2 liters of mineral water that has salts and minerals do not actually help our body in the process of weight loss and cleansing it. When we are on diet is important to drink water rich in minerals and salts. Such water is spring water. It is good to know what water we drink and to choose the best water for us. Very common mistake is to think that all bottled waters are mineral. The water can be mineral, spring or table. Water is very delicate and very much influenced by the environment. The best is the water to be from an ecologically clean area with no industrial production, away from large cities and in the best case of the mountain. Experts advise to drink 1.5 - 2 liters of water a day distributed evenly throughout the day. For dynamic people it is better to drink more water. Overweight people need more water - 1 extra glass of water daily for every 10 extra kilos. In the summer we lose most of our body fluids and it is good to drink more water because of the heat. According to the Japanese scientist Dr. Masaru Emoto, the water has memory. Water "stores" the energy of the place where it comes from.
