iPads


ipads, like iphones and ipods are all innovations by Apple working with the same operating system and multi-touch principle and serve as a mini-tablet system that can perform all the functions of a personal computer. It is synced to the PC by the itunes application. Apple gained a phenomenal turnover of 3 million in the first 80 days sales of ipads in 2010 and is considered by the ‘TIME’ magazine as one of the 50 best innovations of 2010, which has many book application for kids, even for children with autism and in workplace, many business professionals are provided ipads to reduce paperwork and to increase efficiency. This Improved Position & Azimuth Determining  System  has created a great electronic revolution.
Cosmetic surgery :
Everyone in this world wants to give their best appearance and in order to increase one’s beauty, people go in for cosmetic surgery. The no of people who have done this has increased from 11 to 12 million from 2006 to 2007 in US alone. One common cosmetic surgery done by ladies involves the mammoplasty where either breast size is increased or reduced or reshaped or lifted. Other surgeries include skin wrinkle removal surgeries, liposuction, reshaping the abdomen and eyelids, implanting chin and cheeks, skin peel surgeries etc. Cosmetic surgery is one form of plastic surgery to hide the shortcomings or to reshape oneself or used during accidental skin or bodily disfigurations like burns and scars. Lot of advancement in this type of cosmetic surgeries has attracted the interest of many young girls.
Weight loss :
We read many newsletters or hear new advertisements or research work on losing weight and many centers that help in weight loss in a very short span of time. But drastic weight loss in a short period is often harmful and sometimes fatal. Hence one needs to know that the key to weight loss is steady reduction in two C’s – calories and carbohydrates. Breakfast must not be skipped and food has to be chewed properly. Drinking 8 glasses of water, eating foods with low glycemic index, avoiding alcohol, white foods like rice, white bread, pastas, eating small meals every five hours, cutting down on snacks and carbonated beverages, including green tea and more proteins and fiber help in weight loss. Weight loss can be achieved by combining exercise like fast walking to burn fats, along with food regimen modifications.
